Hacı Bekir Inc. has reached the pinnacle of confectionery knowledge and art through generations of acquired and developed experience. The company is currently managed by the fourth and fifth generations, who, like their predecessors, have been trained to handle all aspects of the business thoroughly and professionally. This management oversees all operations of the company's one factory, two production facilities, and four retail stores. In addition to these, the company has a wide export market extending from New Zealand to Malaysia, the Middle East, Norway, England, and the United States. All of the company's products are manufactured in facilities equipped with the latest technology and under optimal conditions, certified to be of world standard with ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System, ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System certifications.

Quality, Environmental, and Food Safety Policy
Since 1777, Hacibekir has been part of Ottoman-Turkish culture, maintaining the customs, traditions, and products like Turkish delight, hard candies, halva, and spreads of the past. With its taste and quality, it earned the trust and appreciation of not only the public but also the Ottoman Palace. For three generations, Hacıbekir was appointed, rewarded, and appreciated as the Chief Confectioner with the support, supervision, and encouragement of the palace.
The main goal of HACI BEKİR is to offer products preferred by consumers to our country and the world, in its field, today and in the future, just as it did in the past. This goal will be achieved by implementing the following methods and rules:
