DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

PAYMENT:
I. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
Your credit card payments are processed with security software under SSL standards, and your information will be protected at the highest level. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by you, Hacı Bekir will not record your credit card details.
Hacı Bekir strives to take all necessary measures and care within the framework of technical developments for the security of your credit card and personal information. You also need to be diligent in protecting your password information, using antivirus programs, and securely logging out of the site to ensure the security of your credit card and personal information. Hacı Bekir cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by your own fault or negligence.
II. PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER:
If you choose to pay by bank transfer or EFT, your sales transaction will be approved after the payment is confirmed by the bank, with the receipt number for bank transfers or the reference number for EFTs, to the IBAN number TR59 0004 6000 3988 8000 2169 30.
In this case, any additional fees charged by the bank under the names of transfer and/or EFT fees or similar will not be included in the product sales price and will be borne by you.
SALES AND AFTER-SALES CONDITIONS:
I. PRODUCT PURCHASE
The prices of the products on our site include taxes, and the transportation cost will be clearly stated to you during the purchase. No other service or similar fees will be requested from you.
The product will be delivered to the delivery address you specified via cargo within 10 (ten) days following the sale. Hacı Bekir may extend this period by another 5 days by giving prior notice.
Any damages and/or liabilities that may arise due to incomplete and/or incorrect information you enter during the sales process are your responsibility.
II. CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN):
You may return the product you purchased without showing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, provided that it was not specially prepared, is not perishable, and its packaging has not been opened/used. If you have purchased a product package, it is not possible to return the unused products within the package.
Before returning the product, send an e-mail to siparis(@)hacibekir.com specifying your reason for return and including your invoice number and order number. Our company will contact you as soon as it receives your e-mail and inform you how to return the product. The invoice issued in your name must also be returned with the product. Another product will be provided in place of the returned product, or the product's cost will be refunded to your credit card. Transportation costs incurred due to the return will be borne by you.
Provided that you make your return request within the specified period, the payment you made will be refunded:
• fully to your credit card if you paid by credit card,
• to your bank account after deducting the transfer fee if you paid by bank transfer.
No additional demands (interest, compensation, etc.) can be made regarding this refund. Hacı Bekir has no responsibility if the refund cannot be made within the said period due to the bank or another unforeseen reason.
If the product you purchased is a perishable product (one with a short shelf life between the production and expiration dates), you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Therefore, we advise you to carefully review the information provided about expiration dates when purchasing the product.
III. PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
The sale of some Hacı Bekir products may be limited by a certain period or stock. For these reasons, in cases where the delivery of the product you purchased is not possible, you may request the delivery of another product available on our site, limited to the price of the product, or you may request a refund. In this case, the return conditions stated above will apply.

In case of any dispute regarding this agreement, you may apply to the Consumer Problems Arbitration Committee located in the district governorates or governorships in your area.
