The agreement will also be sent to our users who shop through our website via email.
Shopping Without Being a Member

You can shop on our site without being a member. When you pass the payment step, you can continue by clicking the "Shop without being a member" button on the opened page.

After filling out the membership form, you can activate your membership and start shopping by clicking the activation link we send to your email address on the page that opens.

After filling out the Order without being a member form on the page that opens, you can continue your shopping.

Users who have previously been members of our site cannot shop without being a member if their emails are in our database.
Membership

To become a member of the Hacı Bekir website, you can easily sign up by clicking the "REGISTER" link in the upper section.

After filling out the membership form, you can activate your membership and start shopping by clicking the activation link we send to your email address on the page that opens.
Member Login

You can log in with the email address and password you registered with on our site from the member login page.

You can also log in to our site using the Facebook or Google login buttons on the member login page.
Forgot Password

If you forgot the password you set when becoming a member of the Hacı Bekir website:

Click the "LOGIN" link in the upper section.

On the page that opens, click the "Forgot Password" link.

Enter the email address you used to register in the box that opens and click the "SEND" button.

A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you provided.

To Place an Order;

Log in with your username and password.

Add the product you like to your cart. You can continue shopping by adding as many products as you want before reaching the purchase stage.

After selecting the products you want, click the "GO TO MY CART" button from the menu that opens from the cart icon in the upper section, and you will arrive at the "My Cart" page.

On the My Cart page, you can delete the product you want or increase/decrease the quantity you will purchase. Click the "COMPLETE PAYMENT" button to be directed to the "Address Selection" page.

Using a Promotional Code

At this stage, if you have a valid promotional code that you can use on the site, you can use it.

Make sure you enter the promotional code correctly in the relevant field.

After entering the promotional code, click the "SUBMIT CODE" button.

When you see the message "Your promotional code discount has been applied", the discount defined for the code will be deducted from your total amount and displayed in the order summary section.

You can continue your purchase with the discounted amount by following the steps below.

On this page, you can select, edit, or add new shipping and billing addresses that you specified when you became a member.

After selecting your address, you will be directed to the Order Confirmation page by clicking the "COMPLETE ORDER" button. On this page, you can see the details of your order and the total amount to be paid.

If you selected an international shipping address, you can complete your order after seeing a warning message that the shipping fee will be calculated separately and notified to you via email.
Payment

To pay by credit card, fill in your card details completely, and if you wish, select "3D Secure" payment.

If you will not pay by credit card, click the "Bank Transfer/EFT" button next to this option and note the account number on the screen that appears.

After filling in the credit card and bank transfer information, before clicking the "COMPLETE ORDER" button, read our Sales Agreement and check the box next to the "I have read, understood, and accept the Sales Agreement." link.
Confirmation

After ensuring that all fields are filled correctly and you have checked the sales agreement confirmation box, click the "COMPLETE ORDER" button only once to confirm the transaction.
Order Tracking

A new page opens, and you are given an order number. After logging in, you can get information about your order status by going to the "Order Status" page from the "My Account" link.
