When you enter your membership credentials, please look at the top left corner of the web page and make sure you select the EN
(English version) option.
Once your order is complete, we will receive your order, calculate your delivery cost and send it back to you via email.
Shipping information will be provided to you as soon as possible.
Sometimes emails go to your spam folder and you should be careful about this.
Regarding the location in your country, shipping costs may vary from Aramex to DHL companies and
the maximum delivery time is estimated to be up to 7 business days.
If you accept to pay the shipping fee following your payment for the total amount (credit card-EFT-bank transfer) on our website, you will complete the transaction. / We can only send shipping information when the order is received.
